Business Continuity Planning is a method of preparing to
recover critical business functions after a disaster - fire, flood,
computer virus, or even terrorism.
A company's ability - or inability - to recover
from a disaster will have a significant impact on its staff,
stockholders and customers. According to a study by researchers at
the University of Texas, 43% of companies experiencing disasters
never reopen, and only 6% survive long-term.
StoneHenge Partners provides the leadership, consulting
services, personnel, and expertise to lead you in developing your
Business Continuity Plan. We work with top executives, department
managers, safety committees, and disaster recovery project
coordinators to assess the risks through a Business Impact
Analysis. We recommend strategies for recovery, and we design,
document, implement, and test business recovery plans, and perform
ongoing auditing, maintenance, and training.
Our team includes consultants with a broad range of experience
and training, including nationally certified business recovery
professionals. We can staff your project with Senior BC Managers,
Certified BC Planners, BC Planners, and BC Analysts.
Disaster Recovery Planning: Protecting your IT infrastructure is
a critical piece of BCP. Our DR professionals give you
best-practice strategies in such areas as data backup/replication,
system mirroring, network redundancy, and standby sites.
