decision. We want everyone to be crystal clear on the facts and by
spending more time up front we avoid potential problems down the
road. This whole process usually runs several weeks.
During the interview process we dig deep and look for a match to
the company's Ideal Candidate Profile, which includes technical
expertise in one or more of our service offerings and high levels
of brains, warmth, intensity, and professionalism. Simply put, we

background check, and professional reference check.
