Business Analyst

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team to assist in requirements gathering, business process descriptions, writing use and test cases as well as task and workflow analysis. The individual will need to evaluate and gather information from multiple sources and gain an understanding of true business needs versus user requests.

• Communicate with customers to gather and analyze needs and functional requirements
• Work with business units to gain an enterprise wide assessment of management systems and methodologies
• Work on several initiatives with different users and project managers
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understand customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of users
• Work with developers to establish the technical version of requirements gathered from users
• Function as a liaison between the different business units, technology and support groups
