Our Benefits Package

Paid Time Off—StoneHenge Partners offers an all purpose time-off policy for our eligible employees to use for vacation, illness or injury, and personal business. The amount of PTO employees receive each year increases with the length of their employment.

Holidays—StoneHenge Partners recognizes the following legal holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance—StoneHenge Partners offers employees dental, HMO and PPO health insurance options as well as company-paid life, and accidental death and dismemberment.  A co-payment prescription drug benefit is included under both plans. Basic Dependent Life Insurance is also available.

Short Term Disability (STD)—StoneHenge provides a Short Term Disability Plan to eligible employees who are unable to work due to a non-work related injury or illness.

Long Term Disability (LTD)—This plan provides financial protection for eligible employees by paying a portion of their income while disabled.

401K Plan—StoneHenge Partners provides a 401K Savings Plan.

Tuition reimbursement—StoneHenge Partners offers a reimbursement program for formal education and training programs related to employees' current job duties or a foreseeable-future position.

Employee Assistance Program—StoneHenge Partners provides the EAP to both the employee and spouse.

Employee Referral Bonus—Employees can earn up to $1,200 for each new referral who is hired by StoneHenge Partners.
