The founders of StoneHenge Partners are:

Mike Fletcher
President More than two decades of experience in recruiting and motivating IT consultants, an entrepreneurial bent, and a keen judge of people are strengths Mike brings to StoneHenge Partners. Before founding StoneHenge Partners, Mike was branch manager, then owner, of the Tulsa office of Systems and Programming Resources (SPR), a respected IT outsourcing firm. He has lived in Tulsa since 1988. Museums would envy his collection of antique swords and knives.


Theresa Wild
Secretary-Treasurer With more than a quarter-century of experience in office administration and a degree in Business Administration, Theresa manages bookkeeping, including payables and receivables; records, including clients and employees, and office operations. She has worked with Mike Fletcher for a decade. A Nebraska native, the Broken Arrow resident says she'll always be a Cornhusker.

Vice President of Technical Resources, Milwaukee
Began as an IT recruiter in 1982, manager in 1986, and finally branch manager in 1996 of an IT consulting firm, all in the Milwaukee metropolitan area.
